Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations. Present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients. Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives. Exhibit empathy, compassion, and conviction when speaking with prospective patients with the goal of helping to impact their lives for the better. Provide patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education and diet recommendations. Create a welcoming environment and make patients feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient. Coordinate needed appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep patients' general dentist informed of treatment plans. Ability to empathize and advocate for our prospective patients to take the next step. Show confidence and expertise overcoming cost and other common prospective patient objections.
