As a Custodian working in our Morgan Hill, CA office, you will have responsibility for sweeping/mopping floors, vacuum carpets, and high dusting and remove cob webs, cleaning/disinfecting restrooms, cleaning/sanitizing break areas, etc. The main goal is to keep our buildings in a safe, clean and orderly condition. This position will be working the Swing shift.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)

* Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

* Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

* Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

* Make adjustments and minor repairs

* Stock and maintain supply closets

* Cooperate with the rest of the staff

* Follow all health and safety regulations

* Reporting to the Facilities Night Supervisor based in Morgan Hill, CA

Requirements :

* Minimum of 5 years proven working experience as a janitor/custodian

* Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

* Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

* Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets

* Integrity and ability to work independently

* Ability to work Swing shift from 5pm to 1:30am daily
