Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Janitor Custodian to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings/ offices in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and vacuum carpets.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Provide on vehicle to move from one job to other NOT more than 8 miles between jobs. We pay commission for use your own vehicle.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
