Job Summary
The NetSuite Administrator is a strong collaborator and will work closely with the business to develop solutions that will improve processes, gain efficiencies, enhance analytics, and leverage the NetSuite platform. This individual will be responsible for evolving current processes, developing new enhancements, collaborating with third-party vendors, and owning the evolution of the NetSuite platform.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the

Finance/Accounting,

Manufacturing, and IT business units to define system enhancements, including breaks and fixes, minor enhancements, and larger capital projects.

Describe, modify, and create changes within NetSuite and its component systems to meet current and future business needs.

Perform regular maintenance and administration of NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance.

Manage the integration of NetSuite with other business systems.

Provide user support, training, and assistance in utilizing NetSuite's capabilities.

Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations to automate processes.

Ensure data integrity, conduct audits, and maintain documentation of processes and modifications.

Manage system security and access controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and enhancements.

Stay updated with NetSuite releases and recommend system enhancements.

Create and generate custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for insights and decision-making.

Participate in system upgrades and integrations.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Lead the configuration and administration of NetSuite and associated components and add-ons.

Create and maintain users, roles, permissions, centers, and perform updates, integration, and configurations.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite administrator.

Experience with customization, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Familiarity with integration platforms and SuiteScript.

Strong understanding of financial modules and manufacturing processes (preferred).

NetSuite certifications (preferred).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated the ability to coordinate and lead technical projects, effect change, and make process improvements.

Ability to configure solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics

Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball..
