The person in this LPN position will perform duties related to chart preparation for patient clinic visits, assist the providers and registered nurse to perform patient centered safe, effective, timely, and efficient patient care, facilitate timely and accurate flow of communications within the clinic, chart documentation, and other duties as assigned.
