BayCare is currently in search of our newest Pharmacy Manager who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Key responsibilities include:
  • Operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy
  • Establishing and monitoring quality indicators
  • Continuing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services
  • Determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and effective departmental operations
  • Scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members
Education:
  • Required Bachelors Pharmacy Degree
  • Preferred Masters or Doctoral Pharmacy Degree
Credentials:
  • Required Pharmacist License - State of Florida;
  • Preferred Consultant Pharmacist license
  • Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists) - Accredited Program
Experience:
  • 1 year Management experience
  • 1 year Pharmacy experience
  • Preferred 3 years hospital related pharmacy experience
