As an Associate Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts by ensuring the smooth execution of email, landing pages, and campaign set-up with Daxko’s marketing tools. You'll coordinate with teammates across the Marketing team within our project management tool Asana, while working to prioritize and work efficiently on all Asana projects. You will also: Execute tickets from the Marketing Operations Asana board Interface on Asana tickets with requesters to clarify and complete requirements Build and launch campaign workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Qualified chat, Sendoso, and Splash; auditing workflow effectiveness Upload post-event and data enrichment lists; audit lists for duplicates and syncs Clean and resolve “dirty data” CRM and MAP integration issues prohibiting accurate campaign operations Create UTM documentation and build UTMs for campaigns Qualifications

One (1) to Three (3) years of Marketing Operations experience One (1) to Three (3) years of HubSpot experience Expertise in HubSpot; Ability to build audience segments in HubSpot Proficiency in Salesforce.com Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs Ability to function well in a high-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Preferred, but not required, education/experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field HubSpot Certified Expertise in Salesforce Experience with additional Marketing technologies, such as Qualified, Splash, Seamless/Zoominfo, Sendoso or Mailchimp Additional Information
