RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client social ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis; working with Influencers and boosting key content across appropriate networks
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy from inception through post-analysis across Facebook/IG (Ads, Business Manager), YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, and TikTok
  • Inform clients on latest offerings, technology and current events within the social media landscape
  • Ability to define and execute key performance metrics from awareness to lower funnel campaigns
  • Guide clients to place the social backend pixels and tags that allow for tracking
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Partner with social content team member(s) to execute campaigns
  • Oversight of search team and activities
  • Work with clients and creators to ensure content is informative and appealing for performance/engagement
  • Set up new clients with social platform systems for successful launches with creative, media and tracking
  • Support Biz Dev with relevant new business opportunities and relevant pitches and presentations
REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising of media planning/buying in paid social for high growth/start-up ecosystems within an agency/client environment
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook/IG (Ads/Business Manager), Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, and TikTok)
  • Experience with creating paid social media customer acquisition campaigns for a diverse range of clients and verticals (Ecom/retail and lead gen preferred)
  • Experience with Digital Planning & Buying
  • Experience with GCM a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Familiar with industry planning tools such as ComScore, Kantar or Adviews, AdRelevance or Pathmatics, and MRI/Simmons/Scarborough data
  • Understanding of performance marketing and the use of social media for results
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly
  • Experience within Google Suite, Excel and Powerpoint programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter, able to work with a high level of autonomy

The salary range for this position is $100-135K. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications in relation to the job description and the actual job duties of the role. In addition to salary, we also offer comprehensive benefits (covering 100% medical, dental, vision and offer open PTO, and more). The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles to find the right candidate for Zambezi.
