Reach Truck Operator

Forklift Operator This role involves operating equipment for 80-90% of your shift within a warehouse setting, focusing on storing and shipping out raw materials. Shifts Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm OR 9:00am-5:45pm Pay Rate $19.14hr. Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklift for most of the shift. Pick and load orders efficiently. Load and unload trucks. Receive and put away goods. Use RF system for picking tasks. Lift up to 50 lbs periodically. Essential Skills Standup reach truck certification with 2 years of experience. Experience in RF system picking. Ability to operate in a warehouse environment, including pick/pack tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing sectors like food, pharma, or chemicals. Work Environment The position offers two shift options: Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm and 9:00am-5:45pm, providing a consistent 40-hour work week. You will work in a food manufacturing environment that adheres to CGMP and HAACP guidelines. Proper attire includes work boots, no jewelry, and appropriate hair netting. The warehouse employs about 20 associates, creating a collaborative and dynamic workplace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, NJ.
