High Reach Operator

Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThis position requires operating equipment in a warehouse environment that stores and ships raw materials. The role involves primarily using a Reach Truck forklift and requires prolonged periods of sitting.Shift: Training occurs Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm for the first 2 weeks, transitioning to a regular schedule from 9:00 am to 5:45 pmResponsibilitiesOperate Reach Truck forklift with 2 years of experience.Sit for long periods throughout the shift.Pick and load orders efficiently.Load and unload trucks.Receive and put away goods.Lift up to 50 lbs periodically.Utilize RF system for picking orders.Essential SkillsCertified in operating a standup reach truck with 2 years of experience.Proficient in picking and loading orders.Experienced in loading/unloading trucks.Skilled in receiving and putting away goods.Experienced in RF system picking, forklift operation, and working in a warehouse environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, such as manufacturing in food, pharma, or chemical industries.Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.Why Work Here?Join a supportive union on-site when permanent. Work a consistent 40-hour week with minimal fluctuation. The environment is a food manufacturing setting that adheres to CGMP and HAACP guidelines. Work boots are required, and adherence to CGMP policies is mandatory, including no jewelry and appropriate hair netting. The warehouse currently employs around 20 associates, including truck drivers, and all products are handled in bulk via forklifts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.14 - $19.14/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
