Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:

3+ Years of Supervisory or Management experience in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsive to internal and external requests, managing expectations, and delivering results. PC literacy, including experience using MS Office products. Experienced with inventory management, scheduling, and purchasing. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:

Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective inventory is maintained. Oversee onsite Inventory control and reporting. Implement and manage a restocking process for all service and installation vehicles. Manage the repair and warranty parts process. Oversee the company’s purchase order system. Maintain all onsite inventory locations and warehouse spaces. Control staging of equipment and material to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation process. Maintain accurate pricing for all materials and equipment in the company’s operating software. Supervise all warehouse staff. Manage the maintenance and repair schedule for the company's fleet of work vehicles. Including the daily management of the company's shop vehicles. Control and maintain the company's shop tools.
