Job Description
Admin Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring an Admin Coordinator for one of its clients in Boston, Massachusetts.
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location - Boston, Massachusetts (02215)
Pay range - $20 - $23.50 per hour.
Length of assignment - 3 months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift and Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Oncology Breast Surgery Clinic. This role involves coordinating clinic visits, appointments, and surgeries, ensuring smooth operations for both our clinic and community site locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly within surgery centers, and must possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Duties
•Scheduling & Coordination:
•Book and manage appointments for patients with oncologists and other medical professionals.
•Coordinate clinic visits and surgeries, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
•Assist in managing logistics for surgeries and related procedures.
•Customer Service:
•Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, and medical staff.
•Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment scheduling, changes, and follow-up.
•Address any patient concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Clinic Operations:
•Ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic and community sites.
•Handle administrative tasks such as managing patient records, answering phones, and filing documents.
•Work closely with other medical staff to support clinic procedures and maintain a high level of organization.
•Collaboration:
•Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure the clinic's objectives are met.
•Liaise with external community sites to schedule and organize visits.
•Maintain a professional and efficient environment by managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
•High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
•Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare or surgical settings.
•Experience coordinating at surgery centers is highly preferred.
•Skills:
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
•Certifications:
•COVID-19 booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions will be considered).
