Job Summary

The Junior Accounts Payable Assistant will support senior Account Payable staff with various tasks.

The expected pay rate is $18-$20/hr. This role is temporary and will work for 2-4 months.

Your activities

  • Match invoices to purchase order & receipt (3-way match).
  • Enter invoice details promptly and accurately into companys accounting system.
  • Complete processing of vendor invoices in Ivalua & Lawson.
  • Process employees expense report in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile payments with vendor statements.
  • Support senior Account Payable staff with various tasks.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communications.
  • Positive attitude towards work challenges.
  • Open to learn new processes and adapt to change within the company.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • High school Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Word
  • Mathematical proficiency.
  • English fluency required.
