As a LOB Risk Lead within PNC's Enterprise Change Strategies & Delivery organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. Additional locations may be considered.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a member of the Enterprise Change Organization, you will be a part of the Project Quality Assurance team. You will serve as a lead analyst supporting a portfolio of projects to ensure adherence to the Change Methodology Framework. You will perform ongoing monitoring of project status, reviewing supporting documentation, documenting review results, communicating results and working with project teams to resolve findings. Continuing to evaluate risks, identifying root cause and proposing solutions.

Job Description
  • Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs. Serves as an advocate for the risk management program.
  • Ensures the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the program components.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
  • Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
