Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.50 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:
  • Greeting customers and answering any questions they may have
  • Providing customers with professional service
  • Increasing in-store sales, cross-selling products, and directing customers to merchandise
  • Assisting in maintaining the stock room and helping to set up displays within the store
  • Maintaining business tidiness and appearance by keeping the area cleaned and organized at all times
  • This position answers all incoming calls, including calls pertaining to orders, product knowledge, and other product related inquiries and concerns.
  • Work with the sales and shipping departments to ensure all necessary order information is correct and customer deadlines are met.
Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs
  • Read, interpret and follow safety rules and procedures in accordance with policy
  • Ability to communicate on current telephone system
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Working knowledge of basic computer programs
  • Decision making skills; Ability to handle difficult and confidential matters effectively and professionally focusing on what is in the best interest of the company.
  • Background check and drug screening required
