We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lifesciences Headhunter/ Account Manager to join our team in the Greenwood Village, CO area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the Civil Engineering Industry, helping our clients build high-performing teams and achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for building, developing existing, and producing high quality relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify and attract top life-sciences talent.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and potential candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to both.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for various roles.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the life-sciences industry and market trends, keeping up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
  • Collaborate with the partners, hiring managers and HR teams to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and offer packages.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or recruiting for the life sciences / engineering industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry and an understanding of the market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and positive demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
