- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database, ensuring compliance with all data protection guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in recruitment practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to stay competitive in the market.
- Fluent in Dutch or German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in either language.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
