Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and collects appropriate information and pass off to the appropriate person.

+ Process production orders, sales orders and quotes, and other supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner. Monitors orders through the system and sales process as necessary.

+ Communicate, relay and provide important information to customers. Follows up with customers as necessary. Provides updates as requested to support the customer.

+ Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, inventory requests and other relevant inquiries.

+ Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries or production.

Requirements:

+ 1-2 years of experience in customer service/ administration

+ Computer savvy (Outlook, email, document management. Microsoft suites)

+ Ability to ask good questions and gather information

+ Ability to work in fast paced environment

+ Professional communication over the phone

Pay: $20

Duration: Long Term
