With countless communities managed across the Midwest, we're always looking for quality people to add to our team and we are looking for a Director of Community Management to join our teamResponsibilities of this role include but not limited to: The Director of Community Management is responsible to build and lead their team, to promote employee and client satisfaction and retention, and to deliver local market growth. The Director is responsible for knowledge of accounts in the assigned portfolio and implementing and executing a communication program to reach clients on a consistent basis.Establish and maintain positive relationships and communicate successfully with both internal and external parties.Develop and execute networking events like hosting periodic educational events and/or seminars for RowCal clients and board members.Provide supervision, oversight, and training for Community Managers.Perform annual Performance Reviews for management team along with regular check-in's to ensure employee retention and success.Maintain, network, and proactively hire the community management team as needed.Directly responsible for client satisfaction including support via meeting attendance, ensuring execution of action plans, and transition managers as necessary.Regularly maintain a client and manager temperature measurement and follow up with action steps, as necessary.Provide support in efforts to increase revenue and services of RowCal Construction & Maintenance projects.Responsible for timely reporting on client portfolio and division metricsResponsible for the management team's execution of all contracted deliverables to clients.Responsible for the adherence to company programs and directives.Responsible for teams' efforts to successfully utilize integrated services to clients.Directly responsible for observing, displaying, and promoting the company pillars, values, goals, and branch management plan. Promote and lead a positive culture, creating an exciting and collaborative work environment.Cooperate with all the local metropolitan area's director(s) to successfully manage the current large-scale market of the state.Takes the lead on the local networking and building market awareness of the RowCal brand.Requirements/SkillsFive years or more experience in property management preferred3 years or more experience as an acting manager preferredSingle Family Management/Home Owners Experience preferredAssociates or Bachelor degree preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft officeAble to problem solve and work independentlyMust have valid drivers license and have the ability to drive around the local market on a regular basisBenefits:We offer competitive pay with a commission and incentive bonus, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
