**Contract Position with the potential to go permanent**

Responsibilities:

  • Submit merchant sku set-up information from vendors and make sure that assigned part numbers are visible to the different teams to order/sell/purchase
  • Coordinate the collection and routing of vendor contracts
  • Compile financial and operational reports and other complex documents
  • Track and report monthly promotional results
  • Submit all cost/retail price changes to appropriate pricing group
  • Assist Merchandise Manager as necessary in line review process
  • Submit merchandise callbacks for stores, DCs and vendors
  • Coordinate collection of advertising submissions and off-shelf promotions submitted by Merchants, prepare for monthly marketing presentation meetings
  • Coordinate sample collection for planograms and advertising review
  • Schedule and arrange vendor meetings with merchandising staff
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excel skills and ability to develop and maintain appropriate documentation to follow up on open items
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities
