Location: Secaucus, New JerseyJob Summary:Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities:Lead, develop and manage overall SEO strategy for all of The Children's Place brandsWork closely with Cross-Functional partners and lead day-to-day SEO execution across all brandsDrive SEO agenda focusing on both the technical and content optimization programs, building on current success, and focusing on evolving the program.Work with internal and external teams to increase quality traffic, maximize web site performance and improve search rankings.Oversee multiple concurrent work streams and prioritize them accordingly based on ROI.Work closely with Digital Marketing leadership, merchants & IT to define/prioritize SEO roadmap.Work on onsite, offsite, technical, and other SEO elements across all brandsManage workflow of IT group dedicated to making SEO code changes on websites.Oversee reporting and communicate performance to stakeholders while using data to inform strategic decisions.Educate internal teams across the organization and establish SEO best practices.Keep pulse on the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and monitor competitive pressures.Collaborate with cross-channel partners, specifically SEM, in support of holistic digital strategies.Partner with external agency and analytics teams to manage and report on key KPIs.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing; required experience in natural searchRetail or agency experience preferred Skills and Behaviors:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be detailed oriented, as well as project and results orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skillsAbility to effectively partner and lead vendors as necessaryAbility to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collect data, analyze trends, identify strategic recommendations, and present them in a logical mannerAbility to positively influence and work effectively with Cross-Functional teams including Creative, IT, Merchandising, and AnalyticsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in Google Search ConsoleExperience with Google Analytics or Adobe/OmnitureProven experience managing a team of digital professionalsAbility to make masterful media plan presentations and program recapsAbility to take direction from Digital Marketing Director and turn top level strategies into actionable plansExperience in working with Omni channel (ecom & in-store) goalsExperience with cross-device marketing strategiesExtremely detailed, project and results orientedAbility to manage vendor relationshipsSolid understanding of other interactive marketing channels and their marketing principals
