Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Sales & Marketing, Amazon will be responsible for supporting the Amazon business team with preseason planning, executing sales and marketing initiatives, as well as tracking in season performance. This position will work closely with their manager, advertising agency, and internal cross-functional partners to help develop, grow, and optimize The Children’s Place and Gymboree businesses on Amazon.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Accountabilities:

- Review advertising KPIs and campaigns weekly presenting results in weekly Amazon team meetings.
- Analysis of data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights into customer behaviors.
- Create, optimize, and execute seasonal marketing strategy on Amazon along with Managers. (ie. pay-per-click strategies, display strategy, video strategy, keyword research, ad testing, competitor research, and analysis)
- Build out seasonal creative strategy for Sponsored Ads and DSP with digital merchandising and creative teams.
- Prepare and present seasonal strategy for campaigns to Advertising Agency.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies for both organic and paid growth.
- Prepare new item set up templates to launch new product on Amazon seasonally.
- Manage in-season buy tracker to ensure all Product Detail Pages and Images are live on site as intended.
- Accurately pull data sets as needed for sales and marketing management.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams such as digital merchandising and sales teams to ensure strategies align and all initiatives are being completed.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing or related role, ideally within a multi-channel retailer or agency

Skills and Behaviors:

- Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information.
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working directly with Amazon or in Vendor or Seller Central is a plus
