A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like: Consult business leaders on identifying and evaluating best in class solutions to fill business needs for implementation within Infor’s Salesforce ecosystem. Assist executive leadership in understanding requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions and integration solutions. Work in collaboration with stakeholders to collect their requirements and convert them into technical specifications and estimations of effort. Execute the development of Salesforce applications or enhancements that meet provided acceptance criteria. Develop applications and write code using Visualforce & Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Triggers, test classes, SOQL, Flows and Callouts following SSDLC standards. Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, code review and provide tier 3 support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations. Design solutions from inception to go-live with a rapid go-to-market mentality. Basic Qualifications: Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce configuration & architecting in Sales and Experience clouds as well as the Force.com platform. Prior experience working with Salesforce concepts such as use of Campaigns, Lead conversion, Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact management. Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery. Experience with environment management, release management and code versioning. Experience with SFDC administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, setting field level security, etc. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Designer and Developer. Experience creating and maintaining external portals using Experience cloud and partner portals. Evaluating & implementing App Exchange applications. Experience creating custom Salesforce API integrations. Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Marketing cloud. Knowledge of Force.com, Microsoft, AWS and Service Now cloud platforms. Experience in other programming languages with preference towards .net, C#, Lambda. Database development and query experience with MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL, Aurora preferred.
