Apply today Develop compliance plans for projects with special requirements and conduct training to educate internal and external teams on their roles and responsibilities. Ensure vendors know and comply with unique project requirements by developing compliance riders to vendor agreements and conducting training to educate vendors on their roles and responsibilities. Monitor and audit prevailing wage certified payroll reports and ensure they are correctly filled out and submitted timely. Manage the resolution of issues when they arise. Conduct internal compliance and/or operational reviews by implementing an approved monitoring program according to inherent risk factors and analysis of results. Review data to detect deficient controls, duplicated efforts, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, management policies, or any provision in vendor agreements. Examine payroll records, operations, reports, organization structures, and controls of vendors. Investigate and resolve payroll, insurance, and/or licensing conflicts that may occur during a contract. Prepare reports for management summarizing work performed, findings, and recommended courses of action to improve/resolve deficiencies and all areas of non-compliance. Support the Labor Operations and Labor Programs team with multiple administrative duties. Receive and protect confidential information from all sources concerning compliance situations. 1-3 years of relevant compliance work experience or equivalent competencies. Proven track record reviewing compliance-related forms to ensure accuracy, identifying and rapidly understanding compliance requirements, and effectively communicating across levels. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. Technical proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking skills with the highest attention to detail.
