Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for : New Business Development: Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth opportunities across Bristol and the South West to sell project management services. Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue Track all business-related invoices Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Work with the Talent team to develop strategic recruitment plans to manage the clients resource needs. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients WHO ARE YOU?
