What you'll do:

As Loan Support Specialist, you'll be on the "front lines" engaging with prospective, current, and past clients daily. You must represent On the Road Companies in a professional manner, consistent with our Mission and company principles. You'll be responsible for a broad range of daily support activities, loan administration and post loan origination support, and other administrative support duties, as requested.

This description reflects leadership assignment of essential functions, and it does not proscribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Primary responsibilities:

Daily Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and client support.
    • Answer the primary OTRL phone lines.
    • Greet visitors as they arrive at the office, including receiving walk-ins or deliveries.
  • Ensure that clients receive timely response (same day, if at all possible)
    • Monitor company fax and email (info@ontheroadlending.org) and upload into clients' files any documents delivered.
  • Open mail daily
    • Post payments in servicing system when received, Review and upload insurance notices, Log and route other related mail to appropriate areas, as requested.
Loan administration support
  • Assist in the processing of total loss claims, coordinating with insurance providers.
  • Coordinate and process GAP, Warranty cancellations and claims.
  • Monitor GPS installations and exceptions.
  • Work with partners to monitor insurance and aid clients in updating documents.
  • Title maintenance, including perfection and release of liens filed in states served.
  • Disburse loan proceeds for closing team and mail out checks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2-5 years customer service and account management experience.; 2-5 years of work experience in a consumer lending capacity preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English).
  • Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail, with the ability to input, exchange and communicate accurate information.
  • Must have the ability to:
    • Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, while needing to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • Constantly operate a computer, phones, and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
