Though the prestigious season-opening NASCAR Cup Series event garners most of the attention - as well as the largest audience in motorsports - the approximately 500-acre motorsports complex boasts the most diverse schedule of racing on the globe, thus earning it the title of "World Center of Racing."Among the nine major weekends of racing activity are the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA, the DAYTONA Supercross, the DAYTONA 200 motorcycle classic and the Coke Zero Sugar 400. Rarely a week goes by that the Speedway grounds are not used for events that include track tours, concerts, civic and social gatherings, car shows, photo shoots, production vehicle testing and police motorcycle training.NASCAR is seeking a motivated team player who will assist in all phases of the Partnership Services Department. The Partnership Services Associate, based in Daytona Beach, FL, is responsible for a variety of functions in support of the NASCAR Southeast Region (Daytona International Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway) Sales and Partnership Services teams. This person must be extremely detailed oriented with a strong willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.RESPONSIBILITIESCo-manage the fulfillment process of partnership assets and corporate hospitality assets which includes tickets, parking passes, credentials, etc for both printed and digital passes through our ticketing platform, ProVenue & Tickets.com.Manage own book of business of suite and hospitality clients during all DIS, HMS and TSS major events.Build strong customer relationships and look for additional growth opportunities among partners.Manage details of partner activation including inventory layouts, Event and Hospitality Guides & Partner CommunicationsSupport management of event signage inventory, placement, and activation.Managing the recap deck creation process with NASCAR Insights, Social, Email and other internal stakeholdersManage event day photo shot lists, organization and image capturing for recaps and proposal decksCreate and assist in contract creation and trades in the corporate sales systemsSupport all aspects of the sales process for the Sales teamProvide support to the Special Events & Hospitality team as needed.Work closely with multiple departments within the organization and Southeast Region including Ticketing, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Security, NASCAR Partnership Marketing, Marketing/Digital, Event Experiences, Business Development and Guest Services.Assist with Special Projects as assigned.Events to include:Daytona International Speedway (August 23-24, 2024)NASCAR Xfinity Series - Wawa 250NASCAR Cup Series - Coke Zero Sugar 400Talladega Superspeedway (October 5 - October 6, 2024)NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series - Love's RV Stop 250NASCAR Cup Series - YellaWood 500Daytona International Speedway (October 17-20, 2024)Fall Cycle Scene presetned by Monster EnergyHomestead-Miami Speedway (October 26-27, 2024)NASCARCraftsman Truck Series - Baptist Health 200NASCAR Xfinity Series - Contender Boats 300NASCAR Cup Series - Dixie Vodka 400Daytona International Speedway (January 27 - March 9, 2025) IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship - The Roar Before The Rolex 24 (January 17-19 2025)IMSA Pilot Challenge - BMW M Endurance Challenge (January 24, 2025)IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship - Rolex 24 At DAYTONA (January 25-26, 2025)Speedweeks At DAYTONA- (February 12-15, 2025) NASCAR Cup Series - DAYTONA 500 Busch Light Qualifying (February 12, 2025) NASCAR Cup Series - Bluegreen Vacations Duel at DAYTONA (February 13, 2025) NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series - NextEra Energy 250 (February 14, 2025) ARCA Menards Series - Brandt 200 Supporting Florida FFA (February 15, 2025) NASCAR Xfinity Series - Beef.
