Williams Lea is hiring for a Records Manager for our Philadelphia office to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay:

$71,000/year Benefits: Various health insurance options & wellness plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug) 401k Retirement Savings Plan Including Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Paid Parental Leave Short-term & Long-term Disability Healthcare & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Domestic Partner Coverage Commuter Benefits Legal Assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional Employee Perks and Discounts Job Duties: Establish the quality of service delivery across the portfolio of accounts Implement standardized processes for all aspects of operations Track operational controls and ensure management information reporting requirements are fulfilled Accomplish action items from account plans Maintain continuous communication between operations and client services Follow delegations of authority for operations team Partner with functional teams, adhering to corporate policies, controls, and reporting Manage staff performance, development goals, business objectives, priorities, and feedback Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Investigate and resolve client escalated issues Manage performance metrics against contract/target metrics Provide clear communications regarding target metrics/expectations to the team Escalate operational, compliance, and financial risk areas Manage staff selection, induction, development, retention, motivation, and performance Establish a structured succession plan for key roles Support new business implementation Cascade key business messages down to the associate level Share knowledge and best practices within management teams Ensure operational processes stay within budgets and timelines Provide training, development opportunities, and mentoring role for direct reports Compilation and issue of monthly client billing Manage staff allocation through scheduling, cross-training, and fostering teamwork Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Over 5 years’ experience as a leader and manager in a customer service environment Demonstrated record of implementing solutions for poor contract performance Excellent client service skills Experience in delivery and management of complex multi-service solutions Minimum of two years of successful financial management About Williams Lea: Williams Lea has been driving progress for over 200 years.
