The Retail Sales Representative will collaborate and strategize to improve sales, and merchandising activities in the assigned sales territory, execute on client expectations and represent GFI throughout the market. This Sales Representative will demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills by assisting customers, answering questions, and suggesting items of value to build customer loyalty. What You'll Be Doing...Some of your duties may include:Establish and maintain relationships with retail store managers and department managers.Present and sell company products and services to store accounts within assigned sales territory.Manage in-store inventory and properly merchandise products in assigned stores.Prepare and issue in-store credits if needed according to company/account policy.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company employees.Be accessible via phone during business hours (may include weekends).Check and respond to email messages a minimum of once daily.Participate successfully in all sales drives, incentives, and contests.Participate in marketing events such as seminars and sales meetings.Things you need to be able to do:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to recognize future trends and Detail-oriented. Willing to work a flexible schedule. Strong computer skills needed.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic must be able to work independently as a remote employee.
