A dynamic, highly organized and efficient Internal Customer Service/ Sales Advisor is needed to join our team to assist in the sales of welding and paint products to manufacturers in the UK.
The job will be office based Monday to Friday and will involve all aspects of sales and customer service including taking enquiries and orders via telephone/website/email, providing quotations, following up and maintaining customer relationships.
The successful Customer Service candidate will need to quickly establish rapport, show empathy and build strong relationships instantly over the phone.
Excellent telephone skills and manner, with clarity of verbal communication and confidence, is essential.
**Essential attributes include:**
* Previous experience in customer service and order processing
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* Fast IT and typing skills
* Accuracy
* Flair for efficiency and organization
* Hard working and enthusiastic
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to others.
* Positive, tenacious attitude
* Able to work individually or as part of a team
* Be keen to earn money
* You should be very self-motivated
* Ideally some mechanical or coatings background or experience
