The company is implementing solutions for fraud detection to prevent losses and preserve their customer's trust. * This BA is going to be focused on facilitating the business, creating relationships, establishing a roadmap, and seeing the high-level scope of work from year to year. *Responsibilities* * Work with the development team to analyze, build, and align the platform backlog to meet business needs * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and gather business requirements * Develop detailed specifications for platform features and enhancements so they are clearly understood by the development team * Support prioritization of the platform backlog based on business need * Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to understand their roadmaps and align to the in-flight identity work * Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) of new features and functionality * Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for end-users *Requirements:* * As a BSA, proven experience working in the Fraud and/or security domain. * Bachelors degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related hands-on business analyst experience * Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and/or processes preferred * Strong requirements management skills including elicitation, scoping, prioritization, and risk/issues management * Confident in creating and delivering training and communications to various stakeholders * Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Experience working within an Agile project * Very organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver * Collaborative team player * Excellent spoken and written communication skills
