BOUT THE JOB AND TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision - Entertainment & Music Team, is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join us.

You are passionate about the business aspect of the Latin entertainment industry & pop culture, you are proactive, self-directed, organized with attention to detail, collaborative with a background and/or passion for Sales Marketing, Sponsorships, Talent and/or Endorsements. You are social media savvy across platforms and have a general understanding of paid social media campaigns. You enjoy leading projects, feel comfortable working with cross-functional teams and being a team player even when it requires to step out of your role.

Reporting the SVP, Non-Scripted Entertainment & Music, this position will serve as the day-to-day coordinator and manager of talent endorsement and sponsorship deals from the pitch phase through the execution and post-sales process. This role will interact with the several stakeholders, clients, internal teams such as Live Events, Business Affairs, Daily Shows, Talent Relations, and Sales Marketing Solutions on a regular basis.

YOUR DAY-DAY:
  • Develops talent proposals and materials as needed
  • Identifies all project deliverables and holds teams accountable
  • Provide and support teams with timelines and creative deliverables
  • Serves as the day-to-day liaison between cross-functional TelevisaUnivision (TU) teams
  • Keeps constant and open communication with all teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Responsible for remedying and providing alternate solutions for campaigns, as necessary
  • Successfully turn-around campaigns with limited notice
  • Attend production tapings as liaison between the talent and the TU teams
  • Create periodic recaps and reports for leadership that provides effective and concise visibility to the licensing and endorsement business at TU
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years working within Project Management with a focus on Endorsements, Talent Relations, or Sales Marketing
  • Experience across social media platforms and paid social campaigns
  • Ability to influence and work effectively across internal and external organizations with a level of client and talent relations experience
  • Solutions oriented approach, successful track record of managing multiple projects with the ability to deliver on time and within scope
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, fast pasted environment
  • Knowledgeable of media platforms including TV, social media, Streaming and Digital
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project)
