Marketing & Talent Acquisition Coordinator


ENGEL&VÖLKERS MIAMI, a global real estate luxury brand located in Downtown Miami, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing & Talent Acquisition Coordinator. As an integral part of our team, the Marketing & Talent Acquisition Coordinator will drive our shop's talent acquisition efforts and marketing strategies, ensuring our brand's prestige is consistently elevated. This role intertwines marketing expertise with recruitment acumen, requiring a creative yet analytical approach to attract top-tier real estate professionals and clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative campaigns aimed at attracting high-caliber real estate professionals to our team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities including social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain and update the shop’s website and social media profiles with current listings, team achievements, and relevant content.
  • Promote the ENGEL&VÖLKERS brand and value proposition to prospective agents, highlighting the benefits of joining our team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about the shop, its operations, support structures, and the overall ENGEL&VÖLKERS network.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to the management team to guide recruitment and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing and recruitment materials align with our brand’s standards and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' compatibility with the ENGEL&VÖLKERS brand and their potential for success within our shop.
  • Assist in the decision-making process, providing input on candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for new agents joining our Downtown Miami shop, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the team.
  • Work with other shop staff to provide new agents with the necessary resources, training, and support to begin their career with ENGEL&VÖLKERS MIAMI.
  • Monitor recruitment efforts' effectiveness through tracking metrics such as applicant flow, interview-to-hire ratios, and retention rates.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the talent acquisition and recruitment process through feedback, market research, and staying informed about real estate industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and marketing, ideally within the real estate or related sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and attract potential clients and professionals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to devise innovative strategies to attract talent and enhance brand visibility.
