Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Austin, TX area to support a Hybrid Schedule. work hours: 7 AM - 8 PM

Responsibilities

•Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue

•Leverage a communication "scripts" when handling different topics

•Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

•Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

•Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs

•Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment while working with a computer and typing skills (35wpm)

•Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
