Role Overview: As a Senior Tax Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to federal, state, international, corporate, and partnership tax matters. You’ll support global tax compliance, provision, and reporting processes, working closely with team members. Your responsibilities will include running tax software systems, modeling, and compiling data for monitoring and reporting global tax positions and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Forecast annual effective tax rates and record quarterly tax provisions (in accordance with ASC 740-270). Calculate annual tax provisions (in accordance with ASC 740). Manage tax provision workflow with Corporate Accounting and Affiliate Reporting peers. Prepare quarterly and annual SEC disclosures, including income tax footnotes and other tax-related information. Maintain a central inventory of tax return positions and ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) analysis. Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). Participate in internal working groups as a tax resource for problem solving, risk management, and innovation. Contribute to special projects and department initiatives. Requirements and Skills: At least 3 years of corporate tax compliance and provision experience. Bachelor’s or other degree in accounting; public accounting firm experience and a CPA (or progress toward a CPA) is desirable. Intellectually curious self-starter committed to delivering consistently high-quality work. Experience with integrating technology solutions to streamline processes and reduce risk. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Adaptability and a desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Strong written and oral communication skills.
