This position is 100% customer facing and will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, supporting customers from sales and service.

**Job Duties**

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensures customer inquiries are handled in a professional and expeditious manner

* Answer telephones during normal business hours, supporting sales and service calls.

* *Accurately capture customer account and order-specific details in our ERP system*

* Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes

* Work cross-functionally to ensure timely RMA creation, processing and closure

* Support service loaner program

* Proactively communicate RMA status to customer

* Communicate the return of serviced devices to the customer

* Maintain a positive, helpful, collaborative and constructive demeanor in all internal and external interactions

* Liaison between customers, sales team, clinical team, and service department

* Report and file customer feedback

* Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

Key qualifications and experience include:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years of relevant experience

* Experience in a manufacturing or medical device field preferred

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to corporate company structure

* Strong computer skills

* Ability to build relationships throughout the business and work with cross functional teams

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities

* Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations in a calm and constructive manner

* Must be self-motivated and detail oriented

* Experience in CRM software (Salesforce) and Syspro systems preferred
