As the Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Client Account Manager. The Verizon Customer Service Representative will be responsible for their assigned region and must collect data and strategize daily. Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-facing promotional offerings within their assigned region
- Provide insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision
- Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process when they opt into the Verizon 5G services
- Bring creative and innovative ideas to the customer service team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client
- Promote working sales trends to the rest of the customer service team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and within the team
- Submit daily sales to the executive team to stay on track of reaching company and personal sales goals
Requirements:
- Travel throughout the region (reimbursement of travel is given) to meet with customers
- Customer Service, management, and sales experience is a must
- Open to adapting to understand various market and sales trends throughout the region assigned
- Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills
- A degree within a relevant field is preferred but not a requirement
