We are looking to fill an IPT lead position to lead the JASSM-AGM158B Power Distribution Unit (PDU) effort. Power Distribution Unit (PDU) IPT Lead is responsible for the ongoing hardware and software development, qualification, integration, and coordination of the PDU into the JASSM/LRASM production lines. This position reports to the AGM-158D Chief Engineer and will provide day-to-day interface with both JASSM/LRASM Development Chief Engineering, Program Managers, fellow IPT Leads, production and Program Office counterparts.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Hardware Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- All technical performance and risk reduction activities including the production transition phases, design upgrades required, and various vehicle integrations

- Developing the tech data package for the PDU

- Overseeing Electrical, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), Thermal and Structural analysis

- Working with Integration and Test, Planning and Production counterparts to develop key delivery milestone roadmaps

- Leading requirements, design, integration, and analysis teams to develop specs, drawings, test procedures and verification plans

- Experience, drive, and demonstrated capability to lead a team of engineers of varying disciplines to provide technical excellence and mission success

- Position may also require oversight and support of suppliers who deliver JASSM/LRASM power supply subsystems

- Domestic Travel may be required

Candidates filling this position will need a US citizen and will need a clearance at the level specified in "Clearance Level" or will need the ability to get a clearance if not specified. In addition to meeting security clearance requirements, candidate may need to be approved to work Special Access Program (SAP) prior to start of employment.
