This position will provide full administrative support and recruitment assistance to the Talent Recruitment Services team to assist with attracting and employing diverse talent to Boston University. They will manage the University job posting process, including postings to all external job boards and sites. Work closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding teams in all facets of the recruitment and onboarding process. Generate a variety of recruitment reports including: weekly position vacancy, positions filled, time to fill and other recruitment analytic reports. Generate all contingent offer letters and promotion and transfer letters. Respond to all Talent Recruitment Services inquiries.
Required Skills
1-3 years of related administrative or HR experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with SAP, Silkroad Recruiting and Onboarding portal is desirable. Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and remain flexible with duties. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
