Job Title: Compliance Program Manager (PM)
Location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

The main function of a Compliance Program Manager (PM) for Accessories is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, product roll-out, etc, or any other non-IT-based project. This role will function as part of a team embedded in the product development of client's accessories, gathering and communications requirements while tracking important program milestones.

Compliance PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics and analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management, and has worked in a collaborative cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Compliance Program Manager to support Accessories Programs and cross-functional teams with related projects

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Product Development exp in consumer electronics
Have technical knowledge
Compliance
EMC( electromagnetic compatibility)

Good to have skills:
Good com skills
Run and present in cross-functional meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Clear and effective communication of HW Compliance goals and findings with cross-functional team and leadership.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve compliance plans.
Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes that impact compliance.
Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of consumer electronics products.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Google Suite, etc.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
