Process policy-related documentation, including policy applications, certificates of insurance, and policy endorsements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system and ensure data integrity. Monitor and follow up on outstanding client accounts, payments, and overdue premiums. Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and commercial insurance products to enhance knowledge and service delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a commercial insurance agency or related industry. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including but not limited to general liability, property, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and professional liability insurance. Familiarity with insurance policy terms, coverage types, and industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance carriers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client situations with tact and diplomacy. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships. Active insurance license Two years of prior experience Preferred Skills: Previous experience with specific insurance carriers and their systems.
