Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and commercial insurance products to enhance knowledge and service delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a commercial insurance agency or related industry. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including but not limited to general liability, property, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and professional liability insurance. Familiarity with insurance policy terms, coverage types, and industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance carriers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client situations with tact and diplomacy. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships. Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Active insurance license Two years of prior experience Preferred Skills: Previous experience with specific insurance carriers and their systems.
