PE, PMP, or certification from a recognized safety, security, or emergency management organization is strongly suggested. 10+ years’ experience in high-impact transportation or rail safety projects. Exceptional project management prowess with a track record of success. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Federal Transit Administration guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office suite and related project management tools. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess knowledge of budget and earned value; have a strong understanding of scope, schedule, and budget. Maintains consistently good project performance including meeting financial targets for minimizing DSO and margin erosion.
