We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to coordinate projects with customers, focusing on material phasing, pre-installation, and delivery. The successful candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors and customers to meet and exceed the companys production and quality goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and service.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of the business in order to resolve any problems with the project.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential issues or risks.
- If assigned a Project Engineer, ensure all Project Engineers work is meticulously reviewed and approved to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while also demonstrating a willingness to work within a team environment.
- Willingness to cross train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
- Perform all work in a safe manner.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Door & Hardware Industry experience preferred
- Comsense software experience preferred
- 2+ years Project Management experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
- Prolonged periods of typing, reaching, bending, twisting and standing
- Work environment conducive to office setting
- Must be able to perform the essential job duties with or without accommodation.
Job Details:
- Work location is in person.
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Schedule - Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
