EPC Project Scheduler/ Large CAP Projects Only

Responsibilities:
Schedule Development and Management: Create detailed project schedules that include all phases of project execution, from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning.
Integration and Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to align the project schedule with available resources, technical requirements, and contractual obligations. Ensure all interdependencies are identified and managed effectively.
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track project progress against the schedule, identifying any deviations or potential delays. Provide timely updates and reports to project stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays. Work with the project team to assess impacts of design changes, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen challenges.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure the scheduling and planning processes comply with industry standards and best practices, as well as contractual requirements. Maintain documentation and records to support project audits.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders. Clearly communicate scheduling challenges and negotiate solutions to critical path issues.
- Technical Proficiency: P6 experience is a must.
- Experience: Several years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the EPC industry or similar sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
