Compensation: $15+ hourly Responsibilities: Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully through excellent customer service. Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks. Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio. Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers. Generate leads through outreach to prospective members via phone, text, email, and local events. Maintain cleanliness of the gym at all times. Relay member complaints to the manager. Qualifications: Must have graduated high school, received a GED, or equivalent. Previous customer service experience required. Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred. Stays organized and manages time well.
