Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, from internal stakeholders including design and finance, to external clients and partners. Develop and manage project timelines and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and engagement leads. Promote the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and proposal goals are met and oversee each phase through to delivery/launch. Support the maintenance and development of client relationships. Monitor, evaluate, and report on project budget performance and outcomes. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Assist in content development of proposals for new business requests. Submit accurate accounting of time spent weekly. Skills & Attributes for Success A solid team player with an independent thinker’s mentality. Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask. Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with enterprise-level clients. Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a solid understanding of data reporting and data cleansing. Experience managing budgets and burn reports. Demonstrated leadership experience. Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant Level - New York & California base compensation for this opportunity ranges between $116,000 and $119,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location. Annual Salary + Annual Discretionary Bonus.
