- Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes.
- Interview and hire staff and oversee staff training.

- Complete special projects, assignments, and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does have direct supervisor responsibility.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This position also operates in our manufacturing facilities and is required to follow our safety policies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or other business related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology and approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate. effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing needs of production or customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to reach logical, responsible, and timely decisions.

- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
