Join Examinetics, a fast-growing organization where your recruiting talents and experience will be recognized. This opportunity is based in Overland Park, Kansas. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. In this position, you will play a critical role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for various positions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings in person and/or video-conferencing, using a variety of platforms (Microsoft Teams).
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree with emphasis in human resources, communications or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Equivalent years of HR/recruiting support experience may substitute for education.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent across various roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for finding the best talent.
