We are currently looking for an experienced person who are interested in being part of our team as a Logistician as we grow our CSRR team at NIWC-LANT. Job Description:

The Logistics Analyst will support the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR). The Logistics Analyst(s) are the main point of contact for the ILS-IPT and act as the liaison between the ship and NIWC-LANT. The candidate will also provide logistics, material management, administrative and data management in support of the U.S Navy Submarine Force and NIWC-LANT.

DUTIES and RESPONSBILITIES
Interpret various MILSTRIP codes to identify the types of requisitions submitted and to determine whether to fill or deny a requisition. Specifically in the case of initial outfitting, stock replenishment and direct turn-over requisitions.
Track inventory and report status of shortages as required.
Update configuration records and monitor existing configuration records as needed, prior experience with CDMD-OA is a definite plus.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
The position will require an Active Security Clearance.

Nice-To-Have Qualifications:
Provisioning experience with updating nomenclature, XSFT, CDMD-OA, ILS Certification, TMINS, maintenance and installation work files
Experience with parts screening databases (OneTouch, GDAPL, HAYSTACK, FEDLOG, LogiQuest) is preferred
Experience with the various submarine classes and their associated systems currently in service is highly desired, especially in Logistics or Radio
