Responsibilities:

We have built our reputation on our companys belief of putting the customer experience first and the Service Manager is key to delivering on this purpose.??? As a successful Service Manager, your skills will be used to:

  • Lead and mentor service technicians and provide highly skilled hands-on" management
  • Train and develop technicians to motivate the team in providing high-quality customer and technical services
  • Perform quality pest control services and fill in on open routes as necessary
  • Conduct in-house and in field technician training and meetings
  • Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
  • Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
  • Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
  • Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
  • Assist with interviewing and selecting service technicians
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
  • and serve as a key member of the Branch Team

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary?
  • Must have at least 2 years' supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma/GED?
  • Valid drivers license?
  • Experience in home services industry is preferred?but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.??

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity?
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.?
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.?
